An indoor, 8 lanes 25-meter pool, 6 lanes competition, 2 lanes warm up/warm down area is available. The water depth of the competition course is 10 to 8 feet measured from one (1) meter to five (5) meters at the starting end of the course and 4- 3 ½ feet measured from one (1) meter to five (5) meters at the turn end of the course. The pool is equipped lane lines and starting blocks.The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4).
· Pool is bottom striped, wall targeted, has non-turbulent lane lines.
· NO smoking allowed in the facility
· NO glass container allowed inside the facility
· Spectators limited to designated areas.
Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.
Rules: / This meet shall be conducted in accordance with the current USA Swimming, SC Swimming Rules and Regulation.
The use of cell phones behind the blocks is prohibited. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Cell phones are also not allowed behind the starting end of the pool.
Deck changes are prohibited.
Any swimmer entered in the meet must have a certified coach or a USA Swimming member coach. When unaccompanied by acoach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’slegal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Athlete
Eligibility: / Age is to be determined on the day of the meet. This meet is open to USA-Swimming registered athletes and non-registered athletes.

All swimmers may swim a maximum of three (3) individual and one (1) relay.
Teams or Individuals should submit a single check payable to the Greenview Swim Team. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY SWIMMER ENTERING THE POOL. ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR WILL A CREDIT BE GIVEN FOR EVENTS NOT SWUM.
Meet Format: / · ALL events will be contested as timed finals.
· A swimmer that misses their heat will be allowed to enter heat space permitting. No new heats will be made.
· Late Meet entries will be charged an additional $5.00 fee.
· LATE ENTRY NO ADDITIONAL HEATS WILL BE CREATED
· NO REFUND will be given.
· Warm up procedure: Team lane assignment will be made before the session. All SCLSC and USA Swimming safety guidelines will be enforced
· Meet Referee also reserves the right to insert breaks in the swim meet where necessary to allow swimmers to rest.
· Non-electronic entries will be charged $10 per event
Time of Meet: / Warm-ups begin at 2:30 pm Competition begins 3:30 pm. Meet warm up and competition time is subject to change. Warm up may begin during or after morning session of the Columbia Master swim meet.
Warm up procedure: Team lane assignment will be made. All SCLSC and USA Swimming safety guidelines will be enforced. Warm-up/warm down area opens at the discretion of the meet referee.
Entries: / Entries file may be submitted by email. Deck entries will be accepted prior to the start of the meet.
The email entry deadline is Wednesday, 5:00 PM, November 23, 2017. The meet will close when the meet capacity is met. If a team’s entry should cause the meet to reach capacity, the entire file entry will be allowed. Meet capacity is 100 swimmers.

Coaches
Eligibility: / Coaches must check in at Clerk of course and provide current USA-Swimming credentials to be allowed on deck. Coaches must be coach members of USA Swimming and must have their credentials visible at all times while on deck.

All officials must show their current USA Swimming credentials at sign-in with the Meet Referee one hour prior to the start of the meet. Officials will display their credentials at all times.

Timers:
Timers from participating teams are encouraged and greatly appreciated.
Safety / Warm-Up Procedures:
The South Carolina LSC Procedures will be in effect. A copy of the SCLSC Warm Up Procedures will be available in the coaches’ packet and posted around the pool.
* Coaches are advised to closely supervise their swimmers at all times.
* No running or horseplay are both prohibited.
* Swimmers who participate in the meet without a coach must notify the Meet Referee prior to the start of warm up so that
a coach may be assigned to them.
* Glass containers and bottles are prohibited inside pool area.
* Each team should monitor and clean your team area at the conclusion of the session.
* Any swimmer found to be abusing any area of the facility will be barred from further competition and
will be asked to leave. The team of any swimmer found to be abusing any area of the facility we be
held responsible for all repairs resulting from the abuse.
