Position Summary

This position is responsible for independently performing public reception and information as well as office administration, complex technical work, research and report preparation, and materials composition.
Terms of Employment:
This is a 100%, 11-month classified assignment of the B1 band and grade.
Requires flexible work schedule to meet program needs, which may include evenings and/or weekends
Requires the provision of official transcripts upon hire
Requires bilingual speaking ability, and will receive a monthly differential as outlined by the Classified Collective Bargaining Agreement
Upon hire, must pass security inquiry which may include criminal and/or driving history; only information relevant to the position will be considered

Associate's degree from an accredited institution
