Incident Management Simplified
Project Staffing Plan
Upon award, IncidentClear’s Program Manager (George Bergeron) and Contract Manager (Ryan Davids) will create the following service team structure for the state of Georgia with the help of their industry leading support services team (see Key Staff Experiences):
IncidentClear seeks to hire over 24 dispatchers, 60+ drivers/operators and 4 Area Supervisors to report to George Bergeron the Program Manager (Key Staff Experience).
Additionally, IncidentClear wants to guarantee coverage for the State of Georgia and via our experiences we know there will be illness, vacation, or other unforeseen events which will create shortfalls in our labor force. Consequently, IncidentClear will establish FSP driver reserves in each district to assist when such unforeseen events occur. IncidentClear is projecting 3 trained reserves will be established in each of the areas as depicted above. Each reserve will be required to undergo all training and screening obligations, but will be used on an as needed basis. IncidentClear’s team has established these reserves for previous and similar projects. The reserves have generally been retired former military, fire or law enforcement who seek additional income from time to time.
