  1. Get ready to stretch. Take three deep breaths.
/
  1. Crouch down. Hug your knees and relax your neck.
/
  1. Jump up and extend arms and legs out.
/
  1. Repeat Steps 2–3.
/
  1. Open feet and stretch arms down to the floor. Relax your back and neck.
/
  1. Slowly stretch your body up to the right, keeping arms in line with your ears.
/
  1. Stretch until you are standing straight with your arms raised.
/
  1. Stretch arms out and down. Cross your arms in front of your body to come up again.
/
  1. Take a breath and slowly stretch to the left, keeping arms in line with your ears.
/
  1. Stretch until your arms are down. Relax your back and neck.

    to the floor. Relax neck and back.

  1. Slowly straighten up, keeping arms by your side.
