LUNCH
Registration includes Lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well as Dinner on Friday. Although the meals are included in the registration fee, please indicate which meals you will be attending.

LODGING
Rooms are available at Ghafari Residence Halls on the campus of Wayne State University.
Guests who share this room with one other person will be charged $30.50/night.
Guests using these rooms individually will be charged $45.50/night.
Guests who choose to stay in Ghafari Hall will have a dormitory-type room that includes two extra-long twin size beds, two desks and closets, a private bath, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and a staffed 24-hour reception desk with card access system.
Unfortunately, NO MINOR CHILDREN can stay in the residence halls.
A one-time extra-charge for linens and access card ($12) will be applied.

Overnight Parking
If you are staying overnight, you must park in Parking Structure #2. This structure is open 24/7 including holidays. Check in at Ghafari Hall first to get your parking access card if it was pre-ordered for you.
For guests NOT staying at the residence hallsand who only need daily parking, an entry fee is payable at the gate (credit card only). Daily Parking = $7.50/day.
