PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

CITY OF FITCHBURG

Syene Road Bike Path. This grant would help fund the construction of a 10-foot wide path on the west side of Syene Road from the Swan Creek neighborhood to the Capital City trail.

Bike Rack Improvements at Community Parks. This grant would help fund the installation of bike parking facilities at both the McKee Farms Park and the McGaw Park.

CITY OF MADISON

Pedestrian-Bicycle Safety Coordinator Program. We have consistently supported this position with a certain level of funding, proportionate to the amount of requests from other municipalities.

City of midleton

Tallard Conservancy Trail Segment. This grant would help fund the construction of a new trail that will connect Quisling Park North to the Town of Middleton’s Tallard Conservancy.

CITY OF MONONA

South Town Drive Bike Extension. This grant would help fund the connection between the City of Monona and the Capital City Trail.

CITY OF STOUGHTON

Paving Yahara River Trail. This grant would help fund the paving of a section of the Yahara River Trail that has been difficult to maintain due to washout and drainage issues.

VILLAGE OF COTTAGE GROVE

Bike path Along CTH BB. This grant would help fund the construction of a multi-use path along CTH BB that will connect the Village’s existing path thru undeveloped lots and a cemetery.

vILLAGE OF MAPLE BLUFF

Bike Path Connection - Burrows Road to Lakewood School. This grant would help fund the completion of the bike path through Johnson and Burrows park.

VILLAGE OF MARSHALL

Bike Path Deerhaven Park to Converse Park. This grant would help fund the construction of the bike path connection between Deerhaven Park into Converse Park.

VILLAGE OF OREGON

CTH CC to Netherwood Road Bike Path. This grant would help fund the construction of a bike path connecting CTH CC and Netherwood Street.

VILLAGES OF CROSS PLAINS & MAZOMANIE; TOWNS OF BERRY & MIDDLETON; CITY OF MIDDLETON

Bike Path Maps, Signage and Safety Program. This grant will help in the development of maps, signage and implement safety program that will coordinate with planning of bicycling trail connecting City of Middleton to Village of Mazomanie.
