The joint-venture is responsible for the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and services of offshore wind turbines. Combining both Gamesa and AREVA wind expertise and extensive track-record, Adwen is ideally positioned to become a leading player in the offshore wind segment, with a 2.8 GW project pipeline and the objective of garnering a market share of close to 20% in Europe by 2020.

Senior Commercial Manager (W/m)

Site: Paris / Bremen

As a Commercial Manager, you contribute within the commercial operations team to the success of the Business Plan by (i) developing commercialresponses and proposals to meet customer and Adwen requirements and (ii) preparing and participating to contract negotiations. Your main assignments in this position are:

§  Lead tender preparations and on-time submission, challenging departments and notifying deviations from departments input to Offer Director.

§  Ensure sales offers are competitive, aligned to corporate mandates and utilize best practices.

§  Secure adherence to customer tender conditions.

§  Perform contract reviews and deviations proposals.

§  Maintain alignment within Commercial Team.

§  Participate in contract negotiations with clients.

§  Prepare negotiation sales strategies and underlying argumentation.

§  Coordinate AOC (Adwen Offer Committee) pack assembly and data request.

Your qualifications:

§  University Degree, preferably technical studies (like Engineering), International Business or Economics.

§  At least 3 to 5 years experience in commercial departments, or in the offshore sector.

§  Very good command of English.

§  German and/or French would definitely be a plus.
