The sanctioned strength of MTS officials is 20+3+2 (20 MTS +3 LR MTS + 1 MTS coffee maker cum wash boy and 1 MTS carpenter). As per RO’s letter no. ESB/140-10/ADR-2005-08/TR dated 21.08.2013, 9 posts of MTS have been abolished. Subsequently, as per RO’s letter no.ESB/140-10/ADR-2005-08/TR dated 20.12.2013, it has been ordered to keep abeyance of the orders in the memo dated 21.08.2013. Hence, after deducting these 9 posts, the sanctioned strength is taken as 16 posts.
