Welcome Back to School
We hope you enjoyed your summer! It has been wonderful to see all of the smiling faces on our school campus this week. I’d like to welcome our new students and their parents to our school. Please stop by and introduce yourself when you get a chance. We would also like to welcome our new teachers, in 4th grade, we have Bryan Felix and Natasha Zisk, in 5th grade we have Michelle Skubal and in Intervention, we have Laila Nelson. We’d also like to welcome the new START director, Karla Beltran and welcome back Linda Kate Hale as our CSC.
Attention Parents
For the safety of our children, the student pick up line is to be SINGLE FILE only so that we don’t have to walk children between the cars. We also ask that you DO NOT LEAVE your car unattended when in line. So far it’s been going very well in the afternoon. Thank you so much for your support in this matter!
Back to School Night
Robla will host a Back to School Night on September 7th. It will begin with a Title 1 meeting from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. in room 22. A discussion on services, parent involvement, testing and Title 1 funding will take place. Beginning at 6:00 the teachers will give two presentations in the classroom centered on curriculum, classroom routines and expectations. They will also give the parents tips on how to help their children at home. Parents will have the opportunity to visit two grade levels this evening. The two sessions run from 6:00-6:30 p.m. And 6:35 - 7:00p.m. We are looking forward to seeing all of you!
2017-2018 START Program
START, the before and after school enrichment program is currently accepting applications. There is no charge for this program but space is limited. Please stop by the office and
pick up an application if you’d like to enroll your children in this wonderful program.
Packets of Information
Parents,
Packets of information and forms to be completed were sent home with your child on the first day of school. Please be sure to look at all the information, complete the forms and send them back to school as soon as you can. The TITLE 1 FORM is extremely important to our school funding. Please complete only 1 of these green forms per family and return to school ASAP. Thank you!!
REMINDER
Robla has FREE breakfast and lunch for All Students. Please allow your child to come and enjoy a FREE healthy and nutritious meal.
Early Out Thursdays
Students will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m. every Thursday All Year.

The Mustang Way
Families,
I just want to let you know that we will continue with the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports program. Children behaving the Mustang Way, which is following the 4 R’s, being Respectful, Responsible, Ready to Learn and Really Safe will be given a golden ticket for a prize and a chance to visit our game room. Referral forms are also issued to students who are not following the 4 R’s , if you receive one in the mail, please sign it and return it to school. Thanks for always supporting our school!
Picture Day
School pictures will be taken on September 6th. All students will be photographed but packages will only be printed for those purchasing them.
