In order for the Serial Number field to appear on order entry there must be a “2” in the DEA field on the Inventory record.

ADMIN / Will do 3 reports depending on the selection criteria.
·  If you choose SUMMARY BY RX = ‘Y’ you will get the total cost of each RX for each patient for the time period selected. “N” will show no RX cost.
·  If you choose SUMMARY BY NAME = ‘Y’ you will get the total cost of all RX(s) for each Patient for the time period selected.
·  If both are “N” then you will get only PCU summary.
