As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his digital radio network.
This is now our 48th broadcast and have now been broadcasting for well over a year - which is very exciting - and we would like to welcome any new listeners to the show and also extend a very warm welcome back all our regular listeners as well.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews with people such as Darryl O'Brian from CLRG, Larry Hannigan, David Woods, John Vico and a number of others. We also cover things like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity. We also deal with the strawman concept, as well as the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously covered.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still don't see that 9/11 or 7/7 were inside jobs or those that still don’t realise the fraud that is perpetrated by the banking elite every day.
And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices and helping to set things right again.

Last time we were on air, a few weeks ago, I spoke about the number of people that still get sucked into all the latest so-called "reality" TV shows - dancer with the latest nobody, I can renovate a box better than you and I might have one hit song and then disappear into obscurity again next month - you know the ones.
I'm not sure if I mentioned the Facebook post that has been going around lately which states that most homes now have 2 washing machines - a clothes washing machine and a brain washing machine - which is, of course, your TV. The simple fact is that TVs are just devices that are used by the Powers-That-Be for programming people.
Listeners, please, take charge of your life, don’t give your power over to the media. If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything – which is what most people do when they’re watching TV. Wouldn’t you rather invest in your life rather than watching other people live out theirs? Those in power want to distract you, they don’t want you to learn about your right but the technology is right there.
We got a few e-mails from people throughout the past fortnight who thanked us for reminding them that they can watch You Tube through their TV – Apple TV is one way to do it and most new TV’s are WiFi enabled or will accept Ethernet cables – sometimes we just need to be reminded about things because we forget – so we’re reminding you to use the technology that you have available to you to inform and educate yourself.
We recommend that you use You Tube like a default Foxtel or NetFlix or one of those other "on demand" services, search through until you find a topic that interests you. We suggest that you aim to watch 3 - 4 hours worth of informational and educational You Tube clips a week.
I also mentioned to everyone last week that Operate in the Private were raising their prices slightly in line with all the extra information and services that they are now offering. The guys have now done their due diligence and completed their research, they are aware of what others who are promoting are doing, they know exactly what they are doing incorrectly.
They are also well aware of how little other groups truly give people - even when they charge people for additional services, they are still getting less than what the Operate in the Private group gives to their members.
Accordingly, they have now locked in their new pricing structure and, in addition to all of the extras that they provide their clients - an extremely detailed list of FAQs, copies of both blank and completed documentation, extremely detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to set up a merchant facility via Paypal, in the name of the foundation - without the extra $1,800 price tag that certain other groups are charging etc. they have also just started up their own private Facebook group, which is yet another fantastic service that allows people who have started their own foundation to ask questions of others.
Now, it is important to note that the posts on this group will NOT always be tended to or answered by the Operate in the Private group themselves and it is certainly NOT a substitute for their fully supported service but it does provide an extra opportunity for those who have a foundation to share their knowledge and experience with for those who are new to this concept and want to find out more.
At the end of the day, we are aware that there are very few resources available to find out anything about private foundations - because the elite still want them kept secret for themselves - and this Facebook group initiative just shows how the OITP group are the leaders in this area and are at the forefront of getting these structures and the RIGHT information about them, out to people who want it but at a fair and reasonable price.
Again, to clarify, despite the fact that other groups are charging $2,500 as their basic set up fee and are then charging an additional $1,800 on top of that fee to set up merchant facilities, the Operate in the Private group are offering a basic, support free service for just $1,495 and a fully supported service for only $200 more. That fully supported service provides you with two hour-long phone calls, that you can use before, during or after you have your foundation set up to answer any questions you may have about how to set up and use your private foundation correctly. Them after that, there is also free, on-going e-mail support for a further 3 months after you have set your foundation up.
And, now, on top of all of that, anyone who sets up a private foundation with the Operate in the private group - whether that is the basic service or the fully supported one - is also able to join up their closed Facebook group, where they can go for further support and answers to questions that they may have.
So, as you can see, these guys really are the leaders in this area and they are going above and beyond the call of duty to give people as much as they possibly can and infinitely more than any other groups out there.

Now, moving onto our upcoming, full day, Know Your Rights seminars. As I mentioned on our last show, we have now locked the following dates in for our next two seminars - our Brisbane seminar will be held on Saturday the 22nd of August and our Sydney seminar will be held on Saturday the 5th of September. I can also confirm that we have now locked in the venue for the Brisbane seminar and that will now be held at the Salisbury Bowls Club, in Salisbury, and the Sydney seminar will be held at the Manly Leagues Club again, as it was earlier in the year.
I want to remind people that we are only able to get to each major city once every 6 months or so and we always get a few people e-mailing us a week after the seminar was run saying that they didn't know about it or couldn't make it or something along those lines.
So, we have been letting everyone know for a number of weeks now so there should be no excuses. And, once you've done that, or if you don't live anywhere near Brisbane or Sydney, then please be sure to download our flyers and pass them onto anyone you know who does live in either of those cities and urge them to come along.
We should have thousands of people attending each and every one of these events that we run but the number seems to be less than 100, which is truly sad. Tickets are an extremely reasonable $150 for the full day event and those amounts simply cover our costs for flights, accommodation, venue hire, equipment, workbooks etc. As an attendee, you get a full day seminar that is absolutely jam packed with information from the minute we kick off at 9.00am until somewhere around 5.00 - 5.30pm, when we finish off.
There's no lengthy introduction of the speakers, there's no upsell to any other, more expensive programs, it is just 8 hours plus of solid content. Again, if you go to our Seminar page, you will get an idea of the sort of topics that we cover:
