Driving Directions From the South (Interstate 5)

  • Exit onto La Jolla Parkway (can only go one direction on this exit)
  • Turn right onto La Jolla Shores Drive (just past Mobil gas station)
  • In about 3/4 mile you will see the sign for Scripps Institution of Oceanography
  • Continue about 200 yds. past the sign up hill and turn left onto Naga Way
  • Follow Naga Way as it curves around until the ocean is on your right
  • Small building with dark brown shingles on the left is us.
  • Park in the lot adjacent to the building.
  • Registration will be through the front door of the Sea Grant building.

Driving Directions From the East

  • CA 52 headed east
  • Continue to the western end of the highway
  • Bear left onto La Jolla Parkway
  • Turn right onto La Jolla Shores Drive (just past Mobil gas station)

  • Right off exit ramp
  • Left at third light onto Expedition Way
  • Right at stop sign onto Downwind Way
  • Left at stop sign onto Shellback Way
  • Left at stop sign onto La Jolla Shores Drive
  • First right onto Naga Way
  • Follow Naga Way as it curves around until the ocean is on your right.
