PARKING PERMIT AGREEMENT

Rules for Parking Permits

Ø  Students MUST show a valid PA driver’s license at the time of purchasing the parking permit. This fee is non-refundable.

Ø  Any vehicle that is driven to school must be registered.

Ø  Parking permit is non-transferable to another student; however siblings living at the same address may share a permit. Only one will be issued.

Ø  Parking is permitted in designated areas ONLY. Students will be assigned a numbered sport.

Ø  Parking permit should be visible on rear-view mirror.

Ø  Vehicles should only be entered or moved when leaving building for early dismissal and at the end of the day.

Ø  ALL traffic regulations and school policies regarding traffic flow are to be obeyed at all times.

Ø  Student may NOT transport other students during the school day without permission from the office.

Ø  Parents/outside people MUST check in at the office before accessing cars in the lot.

I hereby request permission for ______to drive a vehicle to school. I understand the policies set forth by the Board of Directors of Spring Cove School District and by Central High School. I further understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in school discipline, citation by authorities and/or the suspension of driving privileges.

The school board has initiated the following two options for student parking fees for the 2017/2018 school year. If you are going to drive all year Option 2 is the one you want to select.

ALL PERMITS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE YEAR. If the permit is NOT RETURNED you will be assessed $5.00.
