(Hong Kong, 9June 2005) - Golden Resorts Group Limited (Stock Code:1031) held a grand cocktail reception in Hong Kong Grand Hyatt Hotel today to celebrate its successful acquisitions ofthe Grandview Hotel and Casa Real Hotel in Macau. The celebrative ceremony was officiated by Dr. Stanley Ho and Dr. Cheng Yu-Tung and the reception was attended by over five hundred guests from Macau and Hong Kong.
The Group now owns total stakes in the two hotels which combinedhave approximately 800 rooms, 66 gaming tables, 8 VIP rooms (with 26 gaming tables) and 123 slot machines. The Group plans to increase the number of gaming tables and VIP rooms in the two hotels to 104 and 10 (with 32 gaming tables) by mid-2005.
