Introduction and Instructions

Congratulations, you have taken the first step to Unforgettable Follow Up™! In order to launch an effective Follow Up system you can either:

  1. Set aside time blocks throughout the month to specifically focus on Follow Up. (Do a little at a time.)

OR

  1. Schedule one day to launch a massive Follow Up effort and schedule call times in the morning, afternoon and evening.

The advantage of the one day launch is that you are likely to see significant results from a focused effort. The one day launch is a great way to catch up if you have accumulated leads and have not had a system in place to this point.

This program is designed for you to select your favorite and most effective style of learning (Audio/Visual). We have geared this guide to help you conduct a massive Follow Up Day to launch the program. The replays are actual coaching calls that were conducted in the morning to launch the Follow Up Day, in the afternoon and evening to keep the participants inspired and moving forward.

For the most comprehensive method, you will want to listen, take notes and complete the fill in the blanks. Then check your responses in the back of the workbook. The program is set up to occur on what we have referred to as 'Wacky Wednesday'. We realized that you may conduct your day of Unforgettable Follow Up™ on any day of the week.

Here Are Your Massive Follow Up Day Action Steps:

  2. Listen to the first call in the morning, then make your morning Follow Up calls.
  3. Take a break.
  4. Listen to the next coaching call in the afternoon, then make your Follow Up calls.
  5. Listen the last coaching call in the evening, then make your evening calls.

After you implement your Follow Up System, it is important to maintain your efforts.

Suggested Maintenance:

  • Schedule your Follow Up calls weekly.
  • Make 5 connected calls a day.
  • Keep track of your calls and responses.
  • Keep your promises. Allow time to send out whatever you say you will to your leads.

Steady phone Follow Up is one key activity that will help your business flourish and grow consistently.
