Go to EHS Website Click on School Staff- Mitcchell, Mollie Click on Forms- Click on the SuperTracker https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/
Step 1: Log In or Register Now- Located at the top Toggle button.
Step 2: Profile Name, Age, Gender, and level of physical activity * Put in your height /weight only if you know it.
Step 3: Register to Save your profile with username, password, and email is OPTIONAL
*** Write down your username & password ***
Step 4: Submit your Plan
Step 1: Click on “Food Tracker”
Step 2: Choose a Day from your meal log to insert your food for 1 day!
· Change the date at the top to a date from your meal log.
Step 3: Type in 1 item from your meal log in “type in your foods here” Example: Cereal
Step 4: Scroll down and choose the item that BEST matches your food.
Example: I might have eaten Lucky Charms. I might only find “Alpha bits with marshmallows” That is the item I choose since it best matches my food.
Step 5: Once you have chosen your item, scroll up and choose the amount and if click on breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Then Click “ADD.”
Step 6: Repeat the process until you have finished recording everything you eat for 1 day.
*When you are finished recording your day, complete the following on your own paper:
· Daily Calorie Limit: Allowance Eaten Remaining
· Are you under or above any of the daily food groups? If yes, which ones?
· How much Saturated fat was in your daily limit?
· How much sodium did you receive in one day?
· What was your status of your oils?
You need to complete this for 4 days. Create a new day by choosing another date.
