Terms of Reference:
The overall objective of the PCF-REG Project is to strengthen capacities of six Eastern Partnership countries to fight corruption and money laundering and foster good governance, pursuant to applicable international standards. The PCF activities target Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) through regional and country specific activities.
One of the PCF-REG activities aims at assisting the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and more specifically the ASAN (Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network) Service, in developing risk management capacities in line with the ISO 31000 and ISO 9001:2015 standard. ASAN is in the process of starting to develop its risk management system pursuant to the said standards, the process expecting to last several months. In order to support this process, the PCF-REG is looking to engage an expert with knowledge of the risk management requirements under the two standards and previous experience in developing risk management systems according to the two standards.
The selected consultant will be expected to undertake the below listed activities.
