ORDER DISMISSING APPLICATION FOR REHEARING

OF DECISION 14-02-041 AND RELATED MOTION TO STAY

By letter to the Executive Director’s Office dated March 20, 2017, the Newhall Land and Framing Company (“Newhall”) requests to withdraw its March 7, 2014 application for rehearing and motion to stay of Decision (D.) 14-02-041, which was issued by the Commission on March 3, 2014.[1] No party in the above-captioned proceeding has filed an opposition to the withdrawal of the rehearing application. Pursuant to Public Utilities Code section 308(b) and Resolution A-4638, the Executive Director has been authorized by the Commission President to dismiss these rehearing applications.

IT IS THEREORE ORDERED:

1. The application for rehearing and motion for stay of D.14-02-041 filed by Newhall on March 7, 2014 are hereby dismissed.

2.  The motion for judicial notice is hereby dismissed as moot.

3.  The following proceedings are hereby closed: Application (A.) 13-01-003, Investigation (I.) 13-04-003, A.13-01-004, and Case (C.) 13-01-005.

This order is effective today.

[1] Along with its application for rehearing, Newhall filed a motion for judicial notice. With the dismissal of the application for rehearing and motion to stay, this motion for judicial notice is dismissed as moot.
