Mood Boost Course

The Mood Boost course is all about learning new skills and tools which you can use to feel better, happier, more relaxed and confident and less sad, irritated or worried. This course runs over four weekly sessions and encourages you to try out new tools and make a start on building new mood boosting habits.

The course is based on a well-researched programme, shown in randomised controlled trials to be very successful, so you can have confidence that you will be learning proven techniques that do work.

Managing Anxiety: a drop-in group

Drop in to our small, friendly group for those suffering from anxiety.

Struggling to attend lectures? Worried about giving presentations? Finding social situation stressful? Generally tense and anxious?Understand more and explore ways to help you reduce your anxiety and increase your confidence.

way we live our lives. Low self-esteem can limit your choices, stop you from

Keep Calm and Carry On

Stressed? Anxious? Upset? Come and learn some useful strategies to help you cope when things get tough. Relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and visualisations can help to calm you down and regain control in stressful situations. Come and spend an enjoyable hour relaxing and learning some valuable skills at the same time.
