How to Create Team Rosters in ARM:

Note: you must create a Sport Roster before a Team Roster can be created.

  1. Log into ARM > Athlete Management > Team Rosters
  1. Click on “Create Team Roster” (upper right corner)
  1. A pop-up box appears with the following 3 selection areas:
  • Sport Roster:– Use the drop-down box and select the appropriate sport roster

(i.e. 211 Yamhill – Bocce)

  • Team Type:– IMPORTANT!!!!! For athletics, bocce, and golf select “General”

– For softball select the appropriate team type from the menu (ISC, Tee-

Ball, Coach-Pitch, Traditional, Unified).

  • Team Name:– For Softball, type in your actual team name (i.e. “Wildcats”)

– For athletics, bocce and golf, team name will usually be the LP name

(i.e. Curry County Athletics)

Note: If you don’t enter a team name ARM will default to a generic team name (i.e. “Bocce-1”)

  1. Select: “Create Team Roster Now”

Important notes about creating multiple Team Rosters:

-If your Sport Roster is comprised of multiple teams, as in softball, this is where you’ll create a separate Team Roster for each team.

-If your Sport Roster is comprised of multiple sub-teams, as in bocce doubles or golf partners,DO NOT create a separate team roster for each of them. You’ll tell us about these later.

-Special Note for Large Programs: If your Local Program has multiple training sites (this is not common) with different head coaches, and they’re all listed on one Sport Roster, you will probably want to create a separate Team Roster for each head coach. For example:

  • In the “Team Name” field type in the practice site, possibly followed by the head coaches’ last name (i.e. McMinnville – Smith). Then create a separate Team Roster with the Team Name: Yamhill – Jones.

How to Complete a Team Roster for Competition Registration in ARM:

Note: you must create a Team Roster before you can enter competition registration information.

1.Log into ARM > Athlete Management > Team Rosters Note: The Team Roster page defaults to

the current sports season and shows only the team roster(s) you created for your LP. They are

organized by sport.

2.Click on “Manage Roster” (right side of the page).

3.You can populate each Team Roster with the appropriate eligible athletes/UPs/volunteers from

the “Eligible Unassigned Individuals” section.

Note: ALL the eligible athletes/UPs/volunteers listed in your Sport Roster automatically transfer

to the “Eligible Unassigned Individuals” section of EACH Team Roster created for that sport.

  1. To transfer ALL athletes/UPs/volunteers to the Team Roster section of that roster click on the “Add all unassigned to roster”. Perfect for a sport where everyone is on one team, as in Athletics, Bocce and Golf. For partnerships in bocce and golf, read on . . .
  1. To transfer individual athletes/UPs/volunteers to the Team Roster section of that roster click on the “Add to roster” link on the far right side of each individual. You’ll use this for Softball teams.
  1. Next select “Edit Events” for each athlete/UP. Use the dropdown box to select the appropriate event, manually enter the qualifying time/distance/score, then click “Save”.

Note: For sports comprised of multiple sub-teams (i.e. bocce doubles or golf partners) enter the last names of the athletes/UPs in the “Team Name” section (i.e. Smith-Jones).
