SAACHI is exclusively an OEM supplier for Peugeot engine parts: piston rings, camshafts, connecting rod,
1: The Peugeot 405 (XU7 JP/L4) piston rings are currently being purchased from Mahle Germany (have so far purchased 1,200,000 piston sets in the past 22 months; approx. 250,000 sets yet to be delivered by Mahle). The next order of at least 400,000 piston sets is pending.
2: From January 2011 through June 10th, we would supply 360,774 piston sets to OEM, an average of more than 68,000 piston sets per month.
3: Because of the current contractual obligation with PSA-Citroen/Peugeot in France, Mahle could not sell the piston rings for Peugeot 206 (TU5 JP4, 1600 cc) to SAACHI; for this reason we need to acquire the same quality for about 150,000 piston sets for the next 12 months, 2-4 shipments.
4: Attached, please find the over-all specifications for each ring and the OEM requirements
5: Depending on how we could establish our working relationship, we also have 2 additional OEM projects for: EF7 & S81 engine, which we would be happy to submit detailed information after finalizing the TU5 project.
