Separate competitions for seniors and juniors.
Teams of four: two compete in the prelim/75 section and two in the novice/85 section.
Those entering as members of a team will also compete as individuals.
Individuals not in a team may also enter either one of the sections.

Show Jumping:0.75m0.85m
Please note there will be just one dressage arena which will start with the prelim/75 section (HT90 test) and therefore the novice/85 will follow on after. Show jumping times will be approximately 30 – 40 minutes after dressage times depending on numbers.
Entry fee:£100 per team / £25 per individual

NB - Preliminary entries to British Riding Clubs close 21 days before the qualifiers, i.e. should reach BRC by no later than Friday 10th November 2017 (late entries may be accepted if agreed by the organiser and BRC but will be subject to a surcharge).

Helpers: It is a condition of entry that each Area 11 Club entering the qualifier must supply at least two helpers. Please supply helpers names and contact details with the entry form.
The horse’s passport/flu certificate must accompany the horse on the day of the competition and be taken to the Secretary’s office on arrival. Failure to have a valid flu certificate on the day will result in elimination of that competitor.
Substitutions: Late substitutions must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable prior to the day of the competition).

The event is organised in accordance with health and safety legislation and all who have, to any extent, control of the site on which this event is run are responsible for ensuring that everything reasonably practicable is done to ensure health, safety and welfare of those attending the event. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective please take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents, and obey the instructions of all Stewards and Officials.

No mucking out of vehicles to take place on the showground – please pick up any hay/droppings left by your horse in the parking area and take them home with you.
Please take your litter home.
