Rawedgeattachesto VerticalFrame. Placefinishedsideto theoutside. Grommetisatthetop,nearleadingedge.

c. PositionandsecureVerticalStorageCurtain.

PlacebottomofVerticalStorageCurtainflush withbottomofVerticalFrame(Figure5a).

∗Rawedgeflushwithedge.

Securewith3/4”self-drillingscrew.

∗Donotputscrewthroughstay.

SpreadrestofVerticalStorageCurtainalong

VerticalFrame.

∗Keepflushwithedge,ensuringa tightfit.

SecureVerticalStorageCurtainbetweenstayswith

three(3)otherevenlyspaced3/4”self-drilling screws.

6. ReattachAluminumAngletofrontedgeofVertical

StorageCurtain

a. PlaceAluminumAnglealongfrontedgeofVerticalFrame(Figure 5b).

Matchpre-drilledholesinangleand frame.

b. Startingatbottom,insert1-1/2”self-drillingscrewand washerthroughpre-drilledhole.

Tighten.

c. Insert1-1/2”self-drillingscrewsandwashers in remainingpre-drilledholes.

Tighten.

7. RemoveHeaderAirBagAssemblyfromHeadFrame

a. PlaceHeadFrame upsidedownonclean,flat2x4 supports(Figure6).

Placetop sidingfacedown.

NOTE:DONOTPUNCTUREORSCRATCH EXTERIORSIDING.

b. RemoveLagBoltsfromfrontofHeadFrame. c. RemovetheRetractionBungeeCord

AssemblyfromtheHeadFrame.

Removeand savescrewsfrominsideofbackof

HeadFrame.

d. SlidetheHeaderAirBagAssemblyoffofthe

HeaderAirBagBrackets.

Slidetoward backofHeadFrame.

Do notdropHeaderAirBagAssembly.

e. PlaceHeaderAirBagAssemblyona clean, flatsurface.

8. PrepareHeadFrame

a. PositionMountingBracketsonback ofHeadFrame(Figure7).

Usethree (3)3-holeMounting

Brackets.

Measure24”infromeachendof

HeadFrame.

∗PlaceleftandrightMounting

Bracketsinsidemarks,along

bottomofHeadFrame,corner flushto backofframe.

Place middleMountingBracketin

center.

b. AttachMountingBracketsto Head Frame with1-1/2”self-drillingscrews andwashers.

c. MoveHeadFrame so thebacksitson the floor.

d. RemoveAluminumAnglefromfront edge.

9. AttachVerticalFramestoWall

a. PositionVerticalFrame (Figure8).

LiftVerticalFrameontopofProtectiveGuard. Placewalledgeflushto wall.

Placeexteriorsidingsideflushto weldedbracketonProtective

Guard.

b. Makesure VerticalFrame isplumb,level,andsquare. c. AttachVerticalFrame towall.

DrillholesthroughbottomMountingBracketonly.

Insertsleeveanchorsorotherappropriatemountinghardwareinto bottomMountingBracketholes.

d. AttachVerticalFrame toProtectiveGuard.

Insert1-1/2”self-drillingscrewsandwashersinto holesinwelded bracketonProtectiveGuards.

Secure.

e. RepeatforotherVerticalFrame.

10.AttachHeadFrametoVerticalFrame

a. LiftHeadFrame ontoVerticalFrames.

•USEAPPROPRIATE,SAFELIFTINGMETHOD.

b. PlaceHeadFrame onVerticalFrames.

SetHeadFrame onoutsideofleftandrightAngleBrackets

(Figure9a).

PositionHeadFrame flushtowallandflushtosidesofVertical

Frames.

∗TheHeadFrame willprojectbeyondthe frontoftheVertical

Framesby10”(Standard).

c. AttachHeadFrameto VerticalFrames(Figure9b).

Insert“S”hookintogrommetattopofVerticalStorageCurtain

Stretch SupportStrapup to a HeadFramemember.

15.MountMotor/Blower

a. MountMotor/Blower onHeadFrame.

Motor/BlowerboltsonHeadFrame.
