All wheelchairs are custom fit to the user and need to be evaluated for by a qualified specialist prior to ordering. After evaluation, a completed order form with the patient’s measurement is submitted to our office for quotation and to verify that requested configuration will work. Upon reception of quote government purchasing issues PO with payment information to place order. (Assistance with initial evaluation, adjustments and delivery of product is provided by Permobil if requested) (Permobil recommends that their wheelchairs are provided under the guidance of qualified medical professionals)
