FOIS SECURITY: Fois security module has following modules.

1. USER MODULE:This module has following sub module

  • User Maintenance
  • Enable/Disable User
  • Enable/Disable Role
  • User Forced Log Out
  • Logged In User Details
  • Password Recovery
  • Suspension/Recovery

a)User Maintenance: With this module user can do following activity for user.

  • User can create a new user(Add Module)
  • User can delete existing user(Delete Module)
  • User can modify detail of existing user(Modify Module)
  • User can retrieve detail of users(Retrieve Module)

(i)Add: user can create a new user from this option for division, zone, area, station.Pleasefollows the given steps

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to create a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depend on the application for which you want to create user RMS, TMS or Both

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to create Permanent/ Temporary or both.

Now click the ADD in File Menu results a green row added in user details grids with a Status column value “E”. Provide the inputs in user details grid.

  • In Id Column: The user name wants to create. It is MandatoryField. Max Field Length is 8.
  • Name: User Complete Name. It is optional
  • User Designation: Press F6 and select the one option. It is optional
  • Category: Press F6 and select the one option. It is Mandatory Field.
  • PF Number: Any Numeric digit can be assigned to user like Empid. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Location Flag: Enter “S” for Station “Z” for Zone. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Location At: Describe User Location. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Location Qualifier and Description: Describe the Entered Location. It is optional
  • Temporary/Permanent Flag: By Default Value will be “P”. It can be modified depend upon the types user will be created .It can be “T”,”P”. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Temporary/Permanent Date: When Temporary/Permanent Flag is “P” cursor will not be got focus to this column but as soon as Temporary/Permanent Flag will be “T”. It will get focus with current date. It can be modified with the required one. It is Mandatory Field.
  • R/T/B Flag: Enter One Value in this column depend upon the application authorized to user.”R” for RMS,”T” for TMS, “B” for Both Applications. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Role ID: Press F6 for help and choose the required role to be assigned to user. It is Mandatory Field.

Press F2 to save the user creation. After saving the details, the entire user creates for the location showed in grid. Password for user created is same as userid

In the grid Yellow Colored row indicate that user logged.

White colored that user not logged

And Light Orange show temporary logged out.

(ii)Delete: ifuser wants to delete the existing user for division, zone, area, station.plz follows the given steps

If the user wishes to delete a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depend on the application for which you want to delete user RMS, TMS or Both

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to delete Permanent or

Temporary.

Select the user Category Flag after pressing F6

Enter the USERID want to delete.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user.

Click Delete from File menu. It results the value in row grid with font color red and crossed the Columns values Red Mark and press F2.

It Delete the Entered User.

(iii)Modify User:if user wants to modify the existing user for division, zone, area, station. Please follows the given steps

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to modify a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depend on the application for which you want to modify user RMS, TMS or Both

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to modify Permanent or

Temporary.

Select the user Category Flag after pressing F6

Enter the USERID want to modify.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user.

Click modify from File menu. It results the value in row grid with font color green with focusing the name column of the grid. Change the inputs what are required.

Then Press F2 to save the changes.

(iii)Retrieve: if user wants to retrieve the existing user for division, zone, area, station.plz follows the given steps

If the user wishes to retrieve a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depends on the application for which you want to retrieve user RMS, TMS or Both.

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to retrieve Permanent or

Temporary.

Select the user Category Flag after pressing F6

Enter the USERID want to retrieve.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user.

B) Enable/Disable User:Disable user is unable to login the application. With this option user can easily enable disable the user so that that user can not use application and enable user whenever user wants. If user wants to enable/disable the existing user for division, zone, area, station.plz follows the given steps.

To see and change user enable/disable status, go to User Enable/Disable Details Menu

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to see a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection

Depend upon the requirements you want to modify the enable or disable user select the radio button in which “E” for Enabled user, ”D” for disabled user and for both.

Enter the user name which user status to be changed

Press F5 for the retrieving the details based on the inputs provided.

Select the row by (SHIFT +SPACE BAR) results row in the grid selected and color of grid will be green.

Press F2 results the change in user status from Enable (E) to Disable (D) and vice versa.

C) Enable/Disable Role: User can have many roles. With the help of this module user can enable/disable roles assigned to particular user or manyusers.For enable/disable role please follow given steps

To see and change user role enable/disable status, go to User Enable/Disable Details Menu.

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to see a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Depend upon the requirements, to modify the user role status, select the radio button in which “E” for Enabled user role,”D” for disabled user role and for both.

Enter the user name for which role status to be modified.

Press F5 for the retrieving the details based on the inputs provided.

Select the row by (SHIFT +SPACE BAR) results row in the grid selected and color of grid will be green.

Press F2 results the change in user role status from Enable (E) to Disable (D) and vice versa.

D) User Forced Log Out: with the help of this module user can force logout a user by providing remarks (mandatory).Please follow the given steps for force logout

If the user wishes to logout a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depend on the application for which you want to logout user RMS, TMS or Both

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to logout Permanent or

Temporary.

Enter the USERID want to logout.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user.

After retrieve detail select row by pressing shift+space barkey, afterthat fillthe forced logoutreason (this field is mandatory) andpresssave.User has been forced fully logout.

E) Loggedin User Details: with help of this module user can see all loggingdetails ofuser.User details mean when user was logged, when user waslogout, user’s locationflag, location, clientid (ip address of client), userid, and locationflag. To see logged user detail please follow the given steps

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to see a user detail for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depends on the application for which you want to see user RMS, TMS or Both.

User can also see a particular detail for user by providing userid.

User can see the details of user with in particular period of date, specifying the date from and date to.

This option provides the detail like userid, clientd, logintime, logouttime etc.

Row with yellow color shows that currently these usersare still in login state.

F) Password Recovery:

If a user forgot password, user can reset password with the help of thismodule.Passoword after resetting is same as userid.steps are as follow for password recovery

If the user wishes to recover password for a user for division, station, area or others then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depend on the application for which you want to recover passwordfor user RMS, TMS or Both

Select one radio Button that which type of user you want to recover password Permanent or Temporary.

Enter the USERID want to recover password.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user. After retrieve detail select row by pressing shift+space barkey and press save (F2) menu.

This option reset user password, which is same as userid.

G) Suspension/Recovery:Please follow the given steps

If user logged in through zone, text box against the station shall have the value of the zone through which the user has logged in and that will be disabled (non editable).

If the user wishes to suspend or recovery for a user for division, station, area ,then user has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

To see list of suspension user click on suspension radio button, or want to see recovery user click on recovery radio button ,or want to see both type of user click on both.

Enter the USERID want to suspend or recovery.

Pres F5 to retrieve the details of the entered user. After retrieve detail select row by pressing shift+space barkey and press save (F2) menu.This option suspend or recovery user.

2. CLIENT MODULE:This module has following sub module

  • Client Maintenance
  • Enable/Disable Client
  • Enable/Disable Role
  • Client Forced Logout
  • Logged In Client Details

A)ClientMaintenance:With this module user can do following activity for client.

  • User can create a new client(Add Module)
  • User can delete existing client (Delete Module)
  • User can modify detail of existing client (Modify Module)
  • User can retrieve detail of client (Retrieve Module)
  • Assign Exe

(i)Add:user can create a new client from this option for division, zone, area, station.Please follows the given steps

If the client wishes to create a client for division, station, area or others then client has to click against the radio button of their choice and provide the value in the station text box for corresponding selection.

Select one radio Button depends on the application for which you want to create client RMS, TMS, or Both.

Select Physical Location type radio Button.

Now click the ADD in File Menu results a green row added in client details grids with a Status column value “E”. Provide the inputs in client details grid.

  • In Id Column: The client Id wants to create. It is Mandatory Field. Press F6 and select one option.Or Enter Valid ClientId.
  • R/T/B Flag: Enter One Value in this column depend upon the application authorized to client.”R” for RMS,”T” for TMS, “B” for Both Applications. It is Mandatory Field.
  • Super Code: Press F6 for helps and choose Y or N .if select ‘Y ‘mean we need not fill Client Reporting Location Details. if select ‘N’ means we have to provide the client reporting location details. For providing client reporting detail press TAB button, cursor automatically comes on Client Reporting Location Details Grid. providefollowing details

A)Location Flag:F6 for helps and chooses the required Flag to be assigned to client. It is Mandatory Field.

B)Location Code: F6 for helps and chooses the required Code to be assigned to client. It is Mandatory Field.

C)User Id forProxy: It is Optional field.

D)Role Id:F6 for helps and chooses the required Role to be assigned to client. It is Mandatory Field.

Press F2 to save the client creation. After saving the details, the entire client creates for the location showed in grid.

In the grid Yellow Colored row indicate that client logged.

White colored that client not logged

And Light Orange show temporary logged out.

Delete

If user wants to delete the existing client for division, zone, area, station. Please follows the given steps
