SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) is a premier agency for funding, promotion and popularization of science in the country. PSF launched R&D Industry Programme to promote Indigenous Technology Development and its commercialization to achieve economic growth. To propagate culture of research & development, innovation and commercialization in the country, PSF intends to construct a working Bio Geyser along with Display of Vacuum Pump Design as per Design available with the tender documents in an effort to promote a scientific culture in the country
Proposal in prescribed proforma in (soft and hard Copy) in a sealed single package are invited from reputable Suppliers/Contractors registered with income tax and sales Tax Departments for the construction of a Bio Geyser and Vacuum pump Display Corner Comprising the following:
1. Construction of a Bio Geyser
2. Plumbing Work for Bio Geyser
3. Wall Paneling of Wood /Lasani /Glass
4. Electrical Fitting of Write up Boxes/Picture Boxes
5. Plinth of wood /Angle Iron, fitted with Lights
6. Tile /Wood Flooring
As per details available in tender documents
Tender documents may be downloaded from the website Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF). These can also be obtained from the office of the Secretary, PSF during working hours before the date of opening tenders.
Interested Firms may send their sealed bids to PSF, Plot # 1 G-5/2, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, alongwith earnest money equivalent to 2% of total cost of the bid in the shape of Bank draft / Pay Order in
Favor of PSF latest by 21 December, 2015 till 11: am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11.30 am in PSF Committee Room in presence of representatives of the firms/contractors, who may wish to attend.
The bids not meeting evaluation criteria shall not be entertained.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
· An affidavit attested by the Oath Commissioner that the firm has not been black listed should be attached.
· Any mis-statement or concealing of facts may render the firm disqualified.
· The firm should submit previous lists of clients with full details.
· Successful bidder would have to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
· The firm shall complete and deliver The Exhibition as per Design on Mathematics in full and final shape in every respect within Three months.
· A Committee nominated by Chairman PSF will evaluate the bids and put up for final approval.
· The bid with lowest cost, conforming to technical requirements of PSF and other terms & conditions mentioned in the tender notice shall be considered for award of contract.
