FREE wedding based on a wedding party of 10 rooms, booked for a minimum of four nights
CDN$50 per booking TRAVEL AGENT incentive
Travel Dates: September 1st, 2014 - December 15th, 2015 subject to any black-out periods by individual hotels.
Booking dates: June 1st, 2014 - May 31st, 2015
Details:
Ø Bride flies free. (flight capped at CDN$1,000)
Ø Bride stays free (accommodation only at participating hotels and her free stay does not extend beyond the bridal party/guests')
Ø Minimum of 10 rooms booked for a minimum of 4 nights
Ø A CDN$50 incentive for the travel agent for each bride booked
Ø Travel Dates: September 1 – December 15, 2015.
Ø ‘Free’ wedding offer from all participating hotels:
o Officiant’s Fees/ Minister’s Fees
o Transport to Registry Office to obtain marriage license
o Bottle of Sparkling Wine for Ceremony

Mechanics:
Ø The Wedding party must register with the BTA once confirmed.
Ø The BTA will cover up to CDN$1,000 of the cost of one airline ticket for the BRIDE.
Ø The Hotel will provide the elements of the FREE Wedding offer.
