OPTION1:CertifiedAssistanceDogwhohas beeninserviceforoneyearincluding,butnotlimitedto:WorkingGuide, Hearing,ServiceRescueor Police Dog. Submit a certification from the service organization and the owner/handler or a video of dog/handler/owner working that will be reviewed by a minimum of 2 members of the Merit Committee for approval if the dog/bitch is self-trained by his owner/handler and not trained through a service organization. Acceptable service organizations include, but are notlimited to: GuideDogsfortheBlind,SeeingEye, CanineCompanionsforIndependence, USPoliceCanineAssociation,PawsforaCauseandother approved incorporated groups/individuals or chartered public agencies with written standards. A member may request that an organizationand/or individual submit guidelines to the Merit Committee forapproval.

Working Dog – Herd(WD-H)

Option 1: Successfully complete an AKC Herding Intermediate title on any stock orcourse
