Dear Parents,
A final newsletter for the term will be sent home next Tuesday. Please make note of the important dates and times below.
Fete – Please encourage friends and family to attend our fete on Saturday. If any parents are not on the roster but can help with setting up from 7am onwards on Saturday morning please contact Belinda Vella(Please also remember that Friday is the last day to buy ‘pre sale’ wrist bands. Money orders can be put in the red P & F box (in the school foyer), or purchased after school today and tomorrow. The staff and I are so grateful for the enormous contribution the St Kieran’s P & F have made to prepare for Saturday.
School Canteen- There will be NO school canteen tomorrowor the last day of Term. We would like to thank the Goldsmith family for all the work they have done to provide a lunch service for our families and raise important funds for our school.
Final Day of Term 1 – School will finish at 1pm on Friday 31st March. There are no school buses running on this day.
First Day of Term 2– The first day of Term 2 will be Tuesday 18th April after the Easter long weekend.
Final Assembly for Term 1- The final school assembly for Term 1 will be held on Monday 27th March at 2.25pm in the Oblate Hall. Prep/1 will be on prayer and 3 / 4 B will be on class news.
Stations of the Cross- Each class will prepare two stations of the Easter story in the church on Friday 31st at 9.40am. Please come and support this important prayer service with the children
Grade 4-6 Footy Clinic- A permission note went home today for a footy clinic facilitated by the Moe Football Club on Monday 27th March. Permission notes are due back by tomorrow. Any children who do not return notes will stay at school and continue their normal learning routines for a Monday morning.
St Kieran’s Athletics - The St Kieran’s Athletics which were postponed on Monday have been moved to Friday 28th April (week 2). A permission note will be sent home in the first week of Term 1
