The examination session in academy it one of the stressing situation which contribute significant changes in emotional and physiological functions in students organisms. The degree of effort of functioning of cardio-vascular system of women students organism during the session depends on the forms of teaching and the stage of educational process.The indicators of heart system functioning show that the student of out of sight education form apprehended most ladings in the beginning of session or in attestation period in comparing with students of day education form.

MEDICAL-ECOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ASSESSMENT OF PROFESSIONAL RISK AND DIAGNOSIS OF PROFESSIONAL DISEASES

In the structure of the habitat factors influencing human health the labour environment is the most significant and their assessment is carried out on the basis of the risks for the development of industry conditioned and professional diseases. However the existing assessment methods do not always allow establishing the real risk of disease development that can be the reason of late diagnosis of professional pathology. Mathematical calculations of the relative risk of the diseases development was made according to the results of the periodic medical examinations of the working people, assessment of the labour conditions – according to the laboratory investigations by means of methods approved for this purpose. The results of the calculations show the risk of professional diseases development in the peripheral nervous system, bones and muscles and juncture tissues, ears at the plants of the main branches of industry in Arkhangelsk. This has been confirmed by the registered professional morbidity of the able bodied population.

FEATURES OF THE SYNDROME OF EMOTIONAL BURNING OUT AND PROFESSIONAL-PERSONAL CHANGES IN OPERATIVE EMPLOYEES OF CRIMINALLY-EXECUTIVE SYSTEM

With the purpose of revealing professional-personal changes in operative employees of criminally-executive system (CES) definitions of place in their structure of a syndrome of emotional burning out (SEBO) 62 employees DFSEP in the Arkhangelsk area have been surveyed. Results have shown, that professional-personal changes were present in 1/3 of the surveyed operative employees of DEP manifested in greater irritability, irascibility, difficulties of mutual relations with other people, more rigid attitude to condemned, occurrence of material motives of activity. CES as consequence of influence of negative factors of professional work were characteristic for 1/2 of the employees. CES takes one of the major places in the structure of professional-personal changes in operative employees, being one of first attributes of beginning personality disorders. The organization in DEP early diagnostics and prophylaxis among CES operative employees will promote the prevention of development of professional deformation of the person.

FEATURES OF PSYCHOEMOTIONALSTATE OF THE FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS LIVING IN THE HOSTELS, DURING THE PREEXAMINATION PERIOD

The article describes results of the study of features of pcychoemotional state in the first year students during the before examination period. On the background of relative satisfaction by social factors-psychological and an adequate self-estimation of students are revealed the overestimated level of claims to their own activity, instability of the psychoemotional state under the influence of stresses. Results focus the psychologist of high school on work with emotional sphere at the organization of system of the psychological help for the first-year students.

PSYCHOMOTOR DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN OF 7-8 YEARS OLD WITH DIFFERENT LEVEL OF ACTIVE ATTENTION

This article highlights evaluation of psychomotor functions of children 7-8 years old with different level of active attention. There is registered formation and perfecting of dynamic, space coordination, psychomotor characters in first-class schoolchildren. Low level of kinesthetic, dynamic and space praxis was discovered in children with low level of active attention, which should be taken into consideration during organization of studying process.

FEATURES OF THE VEGETATIVE HOMEOSTASIS AT CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AGE WITH ATOPIC DERMATITIS, LIVING IN THE ZONE OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL UNIT

Vegetative provision is a very important indication of the coherence of regulatory systems of the body in adaptation process. Children of school age living in chemical industrial hub demonstrate insufficient providing, excessive providing was observed only in solitary instances. Complex analysis of functional status of vegetative nervous system has showed that children with inveterate gastro-duodenal atopic dermatitis have high frequency of different abnormalities of various dimensions of homeokinesis; every type of acid formation and motility was attended by vegetative pattern peculiar only to it.

ESTIMATION OF STOMATOLOGIC HEALTH OF 12 YEAR OLD CHILDREN LIVING IN AREAS WITH DIFFERENT ECOLOGICAL INTENSITY

Stomatologic health of 12-years children living in territories, subject to influence of space-rocket activity was estimated. Paradont, mucosa of oral cavity, temporal-lowjaw joints, presence of tooth jaw anomalies and needs in orthopedic treatment, state of hard tissues of teeth, were compared to similar parameters in children living in "ecologically favourable" area. In the children from compared groups high prevalence and intensity of caries, the big percent of the removed teeth which have been not replaced by prostheses, insufficient level of rendering of stomatologic help is noted. For 12-years children living in territory of ecological risk, authentically higher parameter of intensity dismineralization of teeth is characteristic and diseases of mucous took place more often.

FEATURES OF FORMATION OF MICRO-ECOLOGY OF NEWBORNS AT ABDOMINAL BIRTH

Complex clinical-microbiological inspection of 30 pairs «mother - child» has been carried out. Interrelations between the adverse factors influencing organism of a pregnant woman, and the separate conditions arising in neonatal period are established. Parallels between conditions of microbiocenosis of mother’s intestines and clinical-microbiological adaptation of the newborn are lead.

CONDITION OF URGENT SURGICAL HELP FOR ABDOMINAL PATHOLOGY IN THE CIRCUMPOLAR REGION

The article gives characteristic of urgent surgical services in the Arkhangelsk area for abdominal pathology. Regional features of rendering the surgical help are caused by natural and ecological living conditions, large size of the territory, small population density and not developed system of communications. The analysis is given for the personnel maintenance of urgent surgical help, structure intra-abdominal pathology, outcomes of diseases, a level of postoperative hospital complications. Ways of optimization of the surgical help are defined.

MEDICAL-SOCIAL ASPECTS OF PREGNANCY AND DELIVERY AMONG PREGNANT SMOKERS

In the present study social status and current of pregnancy and delivery at pregnant smokers were investigated. The cohort prospective study was used. 53 pregnant smokers and 48 pregnant non-smokers were examined. The study confirmed that smoking during pregnancy results in nutritional and respiratory insufficiency of the placenta, chronic fetal hypoxia and abnormal amniotic fluid.
