Registration Fees: Single Player - $45.00. Family - $75.00 (2 or more children) Multi-Divisional Player - additional $25.00 per Division.

***PLEASE NOTE*** All Players must meet Little League safety requirements before moving to the next Division.

If your child is deemed to be a safety issue at a lower level of play, they will be required to move up to the next playing level.

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the sport checked above, and release the Pen Mar Youth League / Little League, Inc. and its managers, coaches, umpires and directors from any liabilities regarding injuries that may occur to my child while participating in any activities of the league. I will assume all financial responsibilities regarding medical payments that may be necessary (above what the league provides). Any player wishing to play in another league while registered with PMYL must obtain permission from the Board of Directors.
