Call to Order and Roll Call – Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

Secretary’s Report: April Meeting minutes approved. 1st by Scott Denome and Seconded by Amy Sundquist.
Treasurer’s Report – March Treasurer’s report approved; 1st by Tabitha Marchese and seconded by Scott Denome. April Treasurer’s report approvaed; 1st by Frank Sliva and seconded by Scott Denome.

No concerns at this time.
Old Business –
- Jersey pricing discussed. Four samples brought in by Paul Crowe. Discussion of replacing all the jerseys at once and looking into reversible options. No jersey was chosen will be tabled until a suitable option is presented.
- Logo contest reviewed. Logo contest will be postponed and time for turning in logo’s will be extended.
- Discussion on redoing and republishing Parent Hockey Handbook

EAJHA Growth Coordinator (Sands) – Drafting school handout with myth misconceptions and pricing. Work on High School team buddy program, Jack Hall, Randy McKay, sponsor Hawk donations, Referral Program, work on the website, use social media more, summer activities, Flex program, School field trip, science projects, try hockey free, High School help IP/Mites, health fair, elementary open house, more ice team
Scheduling (Amy Sundquist) – Scheduling October 18, 2015 at Lakeview
Awards & Pictures – N/A
Equipment (B. Martinson) – IP stuff checked in so deposits can be returned.
Fundraising (Krutina) – Brent Krutina would like to start showing someone else how to do fundraising
Referees (Holmio) – N/A
Sportsmanship & Behavior (Denome) – Nothing to report.
Safesport (Crowe) – Paul is getting set up. Every two years everyone has to do background and safesport.
Registration (Marchese) –Register by August 31st get $50 off. June 15, 2015 online registration open.
CUPHL – Last minute cancellations and reschedule guidelines.
NIHL – Probably not a team this year.
MAHA – No Level IV this year, next May 2016.
Districts: Squirts in Negaunee Feb 5-7; PeeWee in Munising Feb 2-14; Bantam hosted by Newberry in Manistique Feb 12-14; Midget in IronMountain Feb 19-21.
