- Direct implementation of Psychology B.S. degree program, growing to over 250 enrolled students in the first 10 months of offering
- Plan and implement a comprehensive developmental advising program for over 1400 undergraduate psychology majors, minors and individualized degree program students
- Strategically plan for addressing student needs at all levels of educational, career and personal development incorporating strengths of psychology discipline related to student development
- Innovate within the Psychology undergraduate curriculum in support of student learning; develop relevant new instructional initiatives; represent the undergraduate student perspective to the Department of Psychology leadership
- Plan and manage budget for the Psychology Undergraduate Advising Program (1997-2001)
- Develop and manage departmental student records
- Partner with LearningAbroadCenter staff to engage psychology undergraduate students in optimal study abroad experiences
- Assess the advising program via: 1) focus group coordination and implementation, 2) survey of individual student responses to appointments, 3) maintenance of statistics related to students’ use of services and event participation, 4) survey of students in psychology capstone course
- Develop, plan and instruct an internship course including securing psychology-specific internships and developing community partnerships to enhance student academic-career development(2002-2008)
