VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BOROUGH OF GUILDFORD

(GUILDFORD TOWN CENTRE CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE)

(CONSOLIDATION OF WAITING AND LOADINGRESTRICTIONS STREET PARKING PLACES AND REVOCATION)

AMENDMENT ORDER (NO.-) 201-

THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL(hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 36,45, 46, 49, 51 and 53 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act hereby make the following Order: -

1. THIS Order may be cited as “The Surrey County Council Various Roads in the Borough of Guildford (Guildford Town Centre Controlled Parking Zone) (Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions Street Parking Places and Revocation) Amendment Order (No.-) 201-" and shall come into operation on *********************2016.

2. THE Surrey County Council Various Roads in the Borough of Guildford (Guildford Town Centre Controlled Parking Zone)(Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Street Parking Places and Revocation) Order 2009 shall have effect as though:

(a)for theFourth Part of The Schedule to that Order there was substituted the Fourth Part set out in The Schedule to this Order.

3. WITHOUT prejudice to the validity of anything done or to any liability incurred in respect of any act or omission before the coming into operation of this Order -

(a)The Surrey County Council (D4006)Cranley Road, Guildford (Temporary Prohibtion of Waiting and Parking Bay Suspension) Order 2015 and

(b)The Surrey County Council (D4018) Agraria Road, Guildford (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2015

are hereby revoked in their entirety.
