Jersey’s – we will need to order 35 jersey’s. Midgets will be left alone. Chris will handle the order at TSR.
Goalie Masks – looking to have three donated for Mites. Shawn / Jarod?
Practice Jersey’s – 3 offense colors / 1 color for defense and goalie. 230 divide by Blue / red / green and black for defense.
USA Hockey – First Meeting is in September.

Fall Ice – Do we want to leverage Ward Hill..grab three hours a week and off set with reducing three hours at HHS. Fred / Jim and all in favor.
Midgets – Bernie Hoar came to bring discussion. Coaches and numbers were discussion. Coaches being named earlier / speak to High School Coach (Haverhill / Pentucket / Timberline)
Old Business
· City will allow us to leverage the ice rink boards. Cost is being discussed with City. Size?? I will reach out to Vinny. Wilbur will reach out to a sign company
· Coaches Conference – General Guidelines for practice plans for next meetings.
· Sean Campbell Family Donation – completed.
· Todd Arivella helmets – looking to gather donations.
