Addendum No. 1 To
RFP Miscellaneous Sidewalk Repairs 2013 dated March 12, 2013
The Addendum must be acknowledged on your bid (Schedule D).
A second invitation was released on March 22, 2013 notifying vendors that due to an error in the release of RFP Notification process, we determined that not all vendors invited to the pre-bid meeting received said invitation. Therefore, we are holding a second pre-bid meeting on March 29, 2013 at 2:00pm.
For those contractors who attended the pre-bid meeting held March 20, 2013, attendance at this meeting is optional.
The pre-bid meeting being held on March 29, 2013 at 2:00pm is mandatory for all other contractors who wish to participate in this bid process.
All Vendors must review and submit bids based on the revised RFP-Sidewalk Repairs 2013 bid documents that have been posted to the website. The revisions were made to the calendar of events and Cost Schedule C.
We have a revised bid information package complete with the Request for Proposal and complete specifications available for downloading from the University Purchasing Web Site at
http://www.forms.purchasing.wayne.edu/Adv_bid/Adv_bid.html (include capitalization and underscores) as of March 27, 2013. When visiting the Web Site, click on the “Construction” link in green. Copies of the RFP will not be available at the pre-proposal meeting. If you are interested in participating in this process, you and/or responsible representatives of your organization must attend our mandatory pre-proposal meeting to be held on:
