QUESTION ONE

Please describe any education and/or training that has prepared you to successfully perform the duties of the Community Service Coordinator. Be specific as to dates, content and source of education and/or trainings. Also indicate why particular courses or trainings you attended would be of benefit to you in this position.

QUESTION TWO

A significant part of this Community Service Coordinator’s responsibilities involves working with young adults in the criminal justice system who has committed low level criminal offenses. Please describe any work experience (paid or volunteer) that has provided you with knowledge of the juvenile justice or adult criminal justice systems (i.e., law enforcement, human services agencies, prosecution agencies, courts, corrections, etc.). Include experience relating to working with adult offenders. Be specific as to your work or job content, employer names, dates of employment, etc.

Another significant part of the Community Service Coordinator’s responsibilities involves interviewing, placement, monitoring offender community service cases, and site placement development.
