ATTENDANCE:

Tom Lipinczyk - President

Guy Hagen – IT, Registrar

Ramon Samaniego - Director of Coaching

Andrew Whatnall - Treasurer

Denise Sander – Secretary, Club Manager

Michael Cox - Absent

CALL TO ORDER:

President, Tom Lipinczyk called the meeting to order at 7:45pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

1)  Minutes were approved by Board for August, 2010.

ACCOUNTING:

Andrew reported that we have $11,153.00 in cash. We have a credit from So Cal and CIPP and that will be used against whatever our outstanding balance is. Ramon still needs to speak with Matt Byer re: donation and price for field use and Cathedral equipment or general fund.

COMMUNICATIONS:

1.  The ordering of kits was addressed. We need to pre-order a certain amount of kits and the following sizes were agreed upon:

·  U-10 (20), U-12 (30), U-14 (30), U-16 (25), U-19 (25) for a total of 150

2.  Credits Issued are as follows:

·  Mustangs - $2,033.00

·  Torrey Pines - $20.00

·  Coastal Dragons - $1,216.40

3.  Fees are $15.00 per player

4.  A decision was made by the Board to elect Bill Dale as Field Commission and to report directly to Michael Cox.

5.  The Match Secretary will be Ramon.

6.  The U10, 12, and 14’s will have a 2-1/2 month season

7.  The U16 and 19’s will have a 3-1/2 month season.

8.  Registration for all ages were a large part of our discussion and the following are dates set for registration:

Brenda Watson / U-10 / 11/7 / Ashley Falls
Brenda Watson / U12 / 11/7 / Ashley Falls
Guitry (?) / U-14 / 11/7 / Ashley Falls
Merry / U-16 / 12/12 / Ashley Falls
Merry / U-19 / 12/12 / Ashley Falls

·  We need to make sure we collect checks, all forms, photo I.D.’s, insurance forms, Code of Conduct Form, Volunteer for Spirit Day

·  We also have to make sure that each parent volunteers for Spirit Day in one way or another.

·  Jersey’s will be paid for by Alumni

1.  Fees were also discussed. Below are the 2010/2011 fees agreed upon for each age group:

U-8 / $120.00
U-10 and 12’s / $175.00
U14 / $225.00
U-16 & 19’s / $300.00 (includes trainer)

2.  The Club is not covering 100% of hospitality.

3.  Ramon is calling Joe Decker to see his availability for $200.00 a session.

1.  Any player receiving a scholarship-their parent(s) are expected to volunteer for a FULL DAY at Spirit Day.
