40 Days of Prayer for General Conference: April 1st and 2nd

During the forty days leading up to General Conference for the United Methodist Church, you are invited to pause at noon to pray the Lord’s Prayer. Included in this document are guided prayers for some specific aspects of General Conference. You are welcome to pray as you are led or to use the prayers provided. Our General Conference will meet May 10-20 in Portland, Oregon. Nearly 1,000 lay and clergy delegates from around the world will gather to establish church policy for the next four years. At the end of this document are resources which will help you be in touch with our delegation to offer your personal hopes and prayers for the work of The Church.

Let us join our voices together in prayer.
