COME TO A FIELD TRIP AT HILL’S GYMNASTICS
Field trips are ONE hour of instruction and fun activities with tumbling, trampoline, obstacle courses, the foam pit and more!!!
It is fun for pre-schools, elementary schools, home schools, day care centers and others. The cost is $7.00 per child (minimum of five children). Field trips are offered Monday–Friday at 10am and 1pm. To schedule, call 301 840-5900.
Confirm the trip by completing this form (one form for EACH trip). The parent or guardian of every child attending the field trip will need to sign the release form. These forms may be brought with you on the day of the trip. Payment is due at the time of the field trip. Cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Before your field trip begins, each child should take off their shoes and socks and place them in a cubbie. Adults coming into the gym should remove their shoes. When the children are ready, they should line up by the gym door. Hill’s staff will take them into the gym. It is advisable to arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled time.
Hill’s Gymnastics does not follow Montgomery County School closings for vacations or bad weather. If there is inclement weather on the day of your trip, please call to confirm the trip.

The field trip will include one hour of activity, tumbling and fun on trampoline, obstacle courses, foam pit and more!!! If possible, please have your child wear comfortable, athletic style clothing. Children with long hair should have their hair tied back. The cost is $7.00 per child.

At Hills, children learn SO much and we make it FUN! The gym is totally matted for safety. It has Olympic quality equipment and special child size equipment to offer a wide range of training opportunities. We hope you will bring your child back soon.

I give permission for my child to participate in a field trip at Hill’s Gymnastics. I understand that gymnastics in itself is inherently dangerous. I accept that any activity involving motion or height can cause serious, permanent or fatal injury. The above named participant has had a medical examination within the last twelve months and is physically, mentally and emotionally capable of participating in the sport of gymnastics.
Participants are expected to carry their own accident and medical insurance. I agree to be responsible for any medical bill incurred resulting from illness or injury while my child is at Hill’s. In the event of injury or illness, every effort will be made to contact the parents of guardian. If necessary, I authorize Hill’s to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment.
