Ingliston Elite Showing Championship Series

Ingliston Elite is a new, prestigious, showing championship for Scotland and the UK.

The finals will be held within Ingliston Grand Slam, at Ingliston Country Club, Bishopton, Renfrewshire. Saturday 22nd September 2018

Excellent prize fund of £350 for each final- 1st- 6th

Caledonian Showing Championships

The Caledonian Showing Championships are now well established in the showing calendar and will once again give 2018 competitors the opportunity to compete at a top level Championship Final in Scotland.

Evening Performances, loads of bling and razzmatazz ....everything an end of season Championship should have!

This Show is a qualifier and every horse & pony placed 1st and 2nd in all Inhand, Ridden Showing classes (not fun classes) & Working Hunter/Pony classes will qualify to compete in any appropriate class at the Finals. Qualification will be from placings, no qualification cards will be awarded in the ring, and no qualification can go down the line. Qualification is for the Horse & Pony except for Adult/Young Handler classes, where the Handler qualifies.

All qualified horses and ponies will be listed on the Caledonian Showing Show’s website where you will also find a regularly updated list of qualifying shows as well as a wealth of other information.

TSR HORSEZONE.CO.UK Regional Finals- This show is aqualifier for the 2018 TSR Scottish Regional Finals at Grandslam You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals.
TSRHORSEZONE.CO.UKRiders Finals- 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring.

Both owner rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be a member of CHAPS (UK) to compete. However in order to qualify both owner rider/exhibitor need to be current showing member and present their valid Qualifier card IN THE RING for signing by the judge. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS (UK) for the appropriate Qualifying card.This show is a qualifier for the 2018 CHAPS (UK) Championship. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR 2018 QUALIFIER CARD WITH YOU.

All stallions, 4yrs old or over entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). All stallions must wear stallion ID discs in the ring without exception.

BSPA

Open to skewbald and piebald horses and ponies only. Open to members and non-members.classes are affilated to BSPA and Qualify The World Championship of Colour NationalChampionship Show. All classes willbe judged within the rules and criteria of the BSPA, copies of the rulebook and membership/horse registration/overstamping forms can be obtained from Or BSPA shows office 01354 638226.

All stallions 4yrs and over must be graded licensed and registered with the bspa in order to compete, and must carry into the ring atheirbspa showing id card + bspa bridle disc to be worn.In order to Qualify All owners/handlers/riders must be members of the BSPA and all horses/ponies regesteried with BSPA prior to the show.. BSPA qualifying cards must be produced in the ring and signed by the judge, otherwise qualification is invalid

The higest placed amateur and the highest placed junior in each class (must be members of BSPA) will qualify for the amatuer and junior championship finals. Amateur/junior cards to be shown and qualifiucation cards signed. All shows held after the 1st of August 2018 are qualifiers for WCC 2019. Qualification 1-3 in all classes or 1-4 for classes exceeding 10.

RIHS BSPA Qualifiers are affiliated to the British Skewbald and Piebald Association and are qualifiers for the Royal International horse show Hickstead July 2018. Classes will be judge under BSPA rules download from All horses/Ponies must be registered and all owners and riders BSPA members PRIOR to the show, rider age taken from the 1st of January. Membership and qualification cards must be carried into the ring and produced as required for inspection or signature. Failure to do so will mean disqualification. Spurs may not be worn in any pony class,ponies 153cms or under. (shetlands Exempt) must posses a current jmb height certificate. All stallions must be graded with BSPA and in possesion of a bspa stallion id card,which must be carried at all times and produced on request, all stallions must wearstallion.No rider under 14yrs may exhibit a stallion in any class.

No competitor/owner/horse or pony may compete in these classes or enter the ring without current 2018 membership of BSPA and a RIHS qualification card.Qualification 1st place and the next unqualified competitor standing 2nd or 3rd place qualify from each class. No competitor may qualify from lower than 3rd place.
