FANTASTIC BULLIES PUPPY / STUD CONTRACT
For the purpose of this contract, Fantastic Bullies will be referred to as “FB”
1. Seller guarantees puppy to be delivered in good health, current on vaccinations, free of Distemper, Para Influenza, Parvo and any life threatening genetic defect.
2. All puppies will have current health certificate from a licensed Veterinary Clinic if being shipped on an airplane.
3. Purchaser agrees to provide a safe home for their new puppy and will not use the puppy for any illegal activity. If at any time, the purchaser is found to be using the puppy for illegal activity, FB reserves the right to regain possession of the puppy. We do NOT tolerate dog fighting and WILL pursue legal action to regain rights to the puppy.
4. Puppies will be de-wormed at the time of shipping or pick up, and a normal de-worming should follow as recommended by your vet. The first (2) shots will be given along with (1) de-worming. Follow up shots and de-worming are the responsibility of the buyer. Any puppy that develops an illness related to the lack of shots or de-worming will NOT be replaced. It is the responsibility of the new owner to keep up with all vaccinations.
5. Purchaser agrees to follow up with a Veterinary Clinic within (3) days of receiving the puppy. At that time, if it is determined that the puppy has any of the above or if the puppy is found to have a genetic defect, FB will replace the puppy. We do reserve the right to ask for a second opinion on any findings by the said Veterinarian. The new puppy will be from a different breeding.
6. If are purchasing a blue coated puppy, you should understand that blue coated dogs are more prone to skin and coat problems. This is simply a result of the blue coat coloring. We do NOT guarantee against skin or coat problems. We will NOT be held responsible for the skin or coat problems that are common among dogs with blue coloring.
7. If at any time the purchaser can no longer provide for the puppy, we will gladly accept the puppy back. We do NOT want to see any of our puppies in a shelter! By signing our agreement, you understand that if at any time you can no longer care for your dog, you will contact FB.
8. A deposit is required to hold any puppy. Deposits are $500.00-$1,000.00(depending on the breeding). Puppies are required to be paid in full by (8) weeks of age. If at (8) weeks of age the puppy has not been paid in full, you will forfeit your deposit on that breeding and it can be used for a future breeding. If you change your mind on a puppy, your deposit may be transferred to any available puppy at that time, (IF WE ARE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO 4 WEEKS OF AGE) however will not be refunded. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you want to put down a $1,500.00 deposit or pay for the puppy in full for a SPECIFIC breeding and will not be happy with another breeding, please let us know PRIOR and we will refund all monies if the litter does not produce enough puppies for your pick dies before delivery.
9. Payments may be made with postal money orders, bank to bank wire, certified bank check, money gram or western union.
10. Any deposit on any breeding is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the breeding does not take or the desired pick/sex is not produced, deposits will be transferred to the repeat breeding of the Sire and Dame or if another breeding of the customer’s choice unless otherwise noted in paragraph 8.
11. FB reserves the right to include our kennel name on the puppy’s registration paperwork. All puppies purchased from FB must keep their original paperwork/papers and names cannot be illegally altered.
12. All studs used from FB will be paid in full by the time the puppies are born. If not, you run the risk of FB not signing off the litter registration and we will not be liable for any unpaid/unregistered litters.
13. If you are purchasing stud rights from FB and your female does not take or only produces 1-3 puppies from the breeding, we will redo the breeding at no cost or stud fees. However, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees if sent overnight. The female that will be bred will only be bred with an A.I. unless the owner can provide proof or recent Brucellosis test at the time of the breeding.
By signing this agreement, you understand what you have read, and understand that we do not enforce this agreement 100%. You also understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.
