Nothing to say
November Shire meeting minutes Officers reports: Art/science: nothing to report Youth Activities: Not present. chatelaine November 18thnewby meet and greet. Constable: not present Chronicler: please send me things to put in the newsletter Exchequer: Quarterly report done Marshals: Loaner rapier gear needs tips for swords, and new gloves.
New Business: Anniversary and crown the site has been locked in. Next shire meeting will be the yule December 16th.
Old Business: Yule: we will be doing a $25. Gift exchange. We ask that the gifts be sca related. The shire is providing a turkey and a ham. The shire members will bring the side dishes. Bring your own drinks. Watch the facebook page for the sign up for side dishes. Highland war: After all the exspenses were totaled and all the deposits made. Highland war did not loose money after all. Will most likely have highland war at this site again next year.
Next meeting: December 16th, At Jarnel and Clydes house.

Officers reports: Art/science: Would like to setup some future classes Youth Activities: Nothing to report chatelaine: There was a newbie meet and greet onnovember 18th. We did some silk painting, fighter practice. Constable: some of the lost and found has been claimed and deleivered. Chronicler: please send me things to put in the newsletter Exchequer: all reports done Marshals: Practices will be announced on shire facebook page.
New Business
TH Lord Gabriel Shadewehauke will be stepping down from the seneschal office at the shire Anniversary in March. THL Baron BrandrHuslangr will be stepping up as seneschal at the shire Anniversary. The exchequer is taking on a deputy at the shire anniversary. We had several new people at the shire Yule. We would like to officially welcome Dakota, David, Miracle, Nathan, Naomi, and their two children Jason and Duke.
Old Buisness Crown and anniversary will be talked about at next meeting.
Next shire meeting January 16th, 7:00 p.m.at Jarnel and Clydes house .
