Monthly Board Meeting Minutes

Call to Order: President Len Bicher called the meeting to order at 8:24 PM.

Roll Call of the Board

Present: Len Bicher, Danielle Bicher, Dave Kraus, Dan Galvin, Eric Dietz, Andy Kmec, John Coles, Ryan Arnott,

Not Present: Joanne Hertel, Laura Wagner, Butch Bilas

Review of Previous Month’s Meeting: Motion to Approve January Minutes by Eric Dietz, 2nd Dave Kraus. All in favor

Treasurer’s Report: See attached Report

Motion to accept Treasurer’s Report: Dave Kraus, 2nd Danielle Bicher. All in favor.

Communication And Bills,

·  Nothing

President’s Report

·  Nothing

League Committee

·  Majority voted to stay with MCYFL

·  Motion to accept committee’s recommendation by Dave Kraus, 2nd Ryan Arnott. All in favor.

Football Report

·  MCYFL still staying with USA Football. Our program will need to have a player safety coach.

Cheer Report –

·  Not present

Ways and Means Report –

·  Nothing at this time

Public Relations Report

·  Nothing

Equipment Report

·  Invoice for replacement jerseys, $885. Motion to pay that by Ryan Arnott, 2nd by Andy Kmec. All in favor.

·  One flag jersey is still outstanding.

Snack Stand

·  Nothing

Old Business Report –

·  Need to consider a better plan soon as registration will be starting soon

·  We need to have better involvement from cheer

New Business Report –

·  Budget is due to set in March

·  Eric Dietz discussed changing the fiscal year to April 1 to March 31. Motion to make that change by Eric Dietz, 2nd Andy Kmec. All in favor.
