Attendance and Passing Announcement
Good News! Tardy numbers have dropped by half from September to October overall.
Sophomores are still doing better about getting to school or class on time this last three weeks. Freshmen make up 65% of the tardies and sophomores 35% for the last 3 weeks.
For the 6 weeks ending 10/06, attendance percentages were -
9th grade: 97.74
10th grade: 96.63
Picture Announcement
Picture retakes are on Wednesday, October 25. Students are only eligible for retakes if they purchased pictures or were absent on our initial picture day. You cannot retake simply because you do not like your ID photo. We will pass out picture order forms next week to those students absent on picture day to order pictures. If you would like to order pictures from our original picture day, you may go to lifetouch.com and enter our school ID (LD947014Q0).
StuCo Announcements
-Homecoming tickets will not be available for purchase A lunch due to the StuCo meeting. Come get your tickets afterward during B lunch at concessions.
-Decades day is tomorrow's dress up day so pick a decade and dress up!
-Homecoming t-shirts that were pre-purchased are available for pick up at the concessions. If you didn’t preorder, you may be one this week during lunch for $15
LHS Football Announcement
Friday, Oct 20th @ 7:30 pm is the LHS Homecoming Game. The Farmers will be playing the Byron Nelson Bobcats. This game normally sells out so do not wait to get your discounted tickets. Presale tickets are available in the office during lunch beginning today thru Thursday.
$4.00 students / $6.00 adults / Tickets at the gate are $8.00
Reminder: LHS Killough does not sell tickets on game days.

Block Lunch Dodge Ball Tournament Announcement
Here are the today's matchups for the dodgeball tournament.
Game1 Black Thunder vs. Team Amigos @ 11:30
Game 2 Team Lewiboy's vs. Team We already won @ 11:40
Game 3 The Speedsters vs. Team Lethal Threat @ 11:50
Today's matchups will be interesting. Game #1 will be a battle between two undefeated teams. The second and third games will be elimination games for both teams. Please come and support your favorite dodgeball team as we approach the finals and we look to crown this year's Champion. There is a lot at stake for the remaining teams so the competition should be great. Please be punctual and remember to wear your team uniforms.
