Two securities advanced, two declined and three traded firm as 133,460 shares crossed the floor on the Regular Market, with a total value of $1,564,070.89. Sagicor Financial Corporation was the volume leader trading 54,025 shares at a high of $4.05 and a low of $4.03 before closing up one cent at $4.05. They were followed by Ansa McAL (Barbados) Limited and Fortress Caribbean Property Fund which traded 50,440 and 10,000 shares respectively.

Sunbeach Communications Inc. – In accordance with section 2.03.2 of the Rules of the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE), the Board of Directors of the BSE has agreed that effective Tuesday September 28, 2004, trading in the shares of Sunbeach Communications Inc. has been suspended until further notice.

This action was taken as a result of the concerns of the Directors of the BSE regarding the financial position of Sunbeach Communications Inc. as of April 30, 2004.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Bico Limited - Directors have fixed October 30th, 2006 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the special meeting of the shareholders of the Company, to be held November 22, 2006.

Sagicor Financial Corporation - Directors have declared September 22, 2006 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the special meeting of the shareholders of the Company, to be held November 8, 2006.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Jamaica Money Market Brokers: Directors will meet on Tuesday November 21st 2006 to consider an interim dividend. The details and payment will be disclosed as soon as the Board has made a decision.

Courts Barbados Limited: Directors have declared an interim dividend of five cents per share to shareholders on record at close of business on September 30th 2006.

Fortress Caribbean Property Fund: Directors have declared an interim dividend of $0.055 per share to be paid on October 31st 2006 to shareholders on record at September 30th 2006.
