For the smooth running of the prestigious event HH The President of United Arab Emirates Endurance cup, we request all to co-operate and abide the following :
1.No vehicles will be allowed in any forestry area and near the track or routes during the competition.
2.Giving water or assistance from inside a car is forbidden.No crewing is allowed in the entrances or inside the vet gate.
3.The horses ears should be free of any inserts or attachments,for example ear plugs are strictly forbidden.
4.Whips, spurs, draw (running) reins/French reins & long reins are not permitted.
5.Only 5 persons are permitted to assist in the cooling area, rest area and the loops.
6.Only 2 persons are permitted with the horse inside the vet gate.
7.. The Assisting crew must wear a vest with the number same as on the rider and horse.
8.The rider must maintain the minimum riding weight at all times ( 75 kg With the saddle) and must obey the Official if called for weighing.
9.Only weight bags provided by the Organiser to maintain minimum weight will be allowed.
10.Whistling within the vet gate to encourage a horse to urinate is not allowed.
11.Skin twitching, grabbing the horse by the ears is not allowed.
12.The Assisting crew must wear a vest with the number same as on the rider and horse. The right of the crew to access field of play is lost upon removal of the Rider/horse from the competition.
13.Shorts or sandals are unacceptable standards of dress and is not allowed in the vet gate.
14.Cameras are allowed only in areas designated by the Organiser.
15.Horses which are not in competition should not be brought to the village.
16.Pre-riding briefing is compulsory for all Riders/Trainers.
