Judges/ Sheriffs ten Kilos of cocaine bust cover up results in Deaths

  1. Casares learned through witnesses and informants that in March/ April of 2015 one of Jeff Gomez’s Coast to Coast Landscaping Inc. trucks was stopped on AIA by a new Deputy sheriff. The driver was arrested 10 kilos of cocaine was found on the truck. Reports that the driver stated to the new deputy that the cocaine does not belong to Jeff Gomez but to the Judges and Sheriff Daryl Loar. The bond hearing was set and Judge Pegg set bail bond at $700,000. Numerous witnesses were present for the hearing and it was posted on the Sheriff records internet site. Andrew Jeff Coffee and Mitchel Brad Martinez were reported to have witnessed this . The arrest records were deleted (felony) from the Sheriff website and Indian River County Clerk of Court records. Mitchel Brad Martinez was strangled on the 8 minute ride from the Court house to the Jail on May 29, 2015 he went into a coma and died 5 days later. It has been purported that 62 seconds of video are missing from the transport of Mitchel Brad Martinez. On or about December 15, 2015 Fred Luongo stated on cell phone conversation to Manuel Casares that a meeting was set up with information on the cocaine trafficking of 10 kilos by a witness and Luongo against Casares’ repeated advice blurted out the name Coffee to Casares. On December 18, 2015 IRC sheriff Deputies accosted and battered the son of Andrew Jeff Coffee with threats that all of the Coffees would be killed for their activities. That day during a supposedly routine stop Andrew Jeff Coffee and a deputy got into an altercation with shots fired and Coffee was wounded by gun shot and arrested.
  2. Jill Alexander former spouse of Mitchell “Brad” Martinez filed a wrongful lawsuit against Sheriff Daryl Loar and the Indian River County Sheriffs’ Office through West Palm Beach attorneys Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey and Farnrath. The deposition of the Sheriff Van Driver 27 year Veteran Deputy Garry Chambliss was to take place the week of February 21, 2017. Chambliss could identify the deputy that got into the van and strangled Martinez who witnessed the $700,000 bond hearing where a Mexican driver for Gomez stated that the 10 kilos of cocaine belonged to Judges and the sheriff and not Gomez. Coincidently Chambliss was shot dead on Friday February 17, 2017 in what Indian River County sheriffs called a random one shot handgun bullet to his heart. Chambliss was rushed to the Hospital which was put into a state of lockdown (this was reported on FaceBook while it was occurring by Michael Marsh)…no one was allowed to see Chambliss. Witnesses and family members state that Chambliss had four bullet wounds including one that exited through his cheek and the scar was visible during the wake where sheriffs would not allow photographs. Shortly after this incident a unknown ma went to Chambliss home and shot several rounds into the house to which the Indian River Sheriff’s Department declared a crime scene and took all of Chambliss belongings (some speculate to hide any note on the strangling if one existed) and put them into storage.
  3. One of the Coffees was out of jail and a raid was set up on the house they lived in based on the word of a crack addict who stated that he had seen several drugs including OxyContin in the house. As it turns out one of the residents Phil H--- was in the Hospital with stage IV cancer and the medications were his. The early morning raid occurred with the Coffees Andrew and Adrian being pulled out of the home rather quickly. The deputies held off on gunfire as two white witnesses were also pulled from the home. The younger Coffees pregnant girlfriend Alteria Woods was asleep in bed and an overly aggressive deputy shot several rounds through a window into the girl, she was found to have dozens of gunshot wounds. Sheriff Daryl Loar attempted to cover up the planned execution by claiming that one of the Coffees used the girl as a shield against the bullets, however a reporter taking video observed that the fire fight against the girl occurred after both of the Coffees had been quietly pulled out of the house and were lying on the ground. Deputies once again were heard stating they would kill all of the Coffees. The Coffees have criminal records and are not to be considered innocent victims, the facts to focus on are witnesses to the Judges/ sheriff cocaine being killed. During the raid Deputy KelseyZorc who was scheduled to testify to the sheriff improprieties in the Darrick Washington case was shot in the shoulder where her protective vest did not cover. Witnesses who assist blacks are shot.
  4. The large scale cocaine trafficking money laundering operation in Vero Beach is well known to the FBI and the DEA who stated to Casares and Luongo when they met that that the case rigging and trafficking were off limits for political reasons. The DEA stated that they could not get Gomez as it appeared that the busts were tipped off. Luongo and Casares learned that the IRC Sheriffs use the investigation sharing of departments as a means to alert Gomez operation as several deputies are involved in the trafficking.
  5. Luongo and Casares are not naive and clearly don’t expect that the “bootlegging” culture of the area that supports the drug trafficking is going to be shut down. What we believe is that the locals picked a dangerous and vindictive loose cannon Jeffery Gomez that has created problems that did not occur when the area was being served by a well know TV and appliance dealership.
  6. It is a fact that all who are conspirators with a money Laundering operation in any capacity are subject to federal felony charges of 10 or more years, this would include any of the attorneys, judges, arbitrators defendants in Casares’ cases as they have participated in the other portion of the local RICO enterprise case rigging and are thus cocaine traffickers and money launderers by default conspiracy.
