Report Cards
Progress reports for the third 9 weeks are now accessible through Infinite Campus. Grades are being posted regularly. Please make sure to go on and check your child’s grades.
Six Flags Reading Logs
Logs are coming due after the break. With all the reading the students have done, they have more than met their 360 minutes. Have them print and copy the form from Pritchett’s site if they have lost it, and sign it for completion.

This week we are working on a Media Festival Project. These projects will be turned in and evaluated.
This week’s essential questions: Subject to change as needed for instruction of mastery.
Reading: How do we find the tone in writing and visual? How does tone impact the mood?
Writing: How do we conclude writing and connect to our introduction?
Grammar: How do we use punctuation to clarify meaning in writing? i.e., commas, underlining, italics, quotes
Math: How do we multiply by two digit numbers? How do we divide my two digit divisors using partial quotients? How do we read and write decimals to the thousandths? How do we compare and order decimals to the hundredths?
Social Studies: What was the reason for the United States involvement in WW II?
Science: Describe how to build an electric magnet. / Social Studies
We are now working on WW II. / Math
Students should be on Unit 3 by this Friday. They should be working on Unit 4 by this Monday!
