USING MEET MANAGER TO NOMINATE TO SWIMMING
NOMINATION FILE FOR MEET MANAGER:
- A back-up file of the Regional Trialwill be emailed to sport coordinators and district secretaries (eg TfmmBkup 2015 SWSS 10 – 19 Swimming-01).
- This file will be emailed early in term 1.
- Save this file to your computer.
YOU CANNOT OPEN THIS FILE AT THIS STAGE.
NOMINATING USING MEET MANAGER:
- Open your Meet Manager program.
- Click on ‘File’.
- Click on ‘Restore’ and go to where you saved the backup file of the regional trial meet on your computer.
- Check to ensure that your school/district team name is in the ‘Team’ list [see below for team names in Meet Manager]. If your school/district is not in the list you will need to add them before entering any nominations.
- To enter athletes in the regional meet either:
- Advance athletes from your school/district meet or
- Manually enter your athlete’s details into the meet, including date of birth. FOR ALL EVENTS YOU MUST ENTER THE STUDENTS TIME FROM THEIR SCHOOL/DISTRICT CARNIVAL. IF NO TIME IS ENTERED THEN STUDENTS WILL BE SEEDED INTO THE SLOWEST HEAT/FINAL FOR THESE EVENTS.
- To create a file to send back to me, go to File, Export, Entries for Meet Manager Merge of same meet.
- Please do not send me a backup of the meet.
